Your old Debit Card has now been turned off and will no longer work.
If you have not received a new "CHIP" card or are having problems with activation, please see one of our Customer Service Representatives.
As a reminder, the card number, the expiration date and security code located on the back of your new card have changed; however, the PIN has remained the SAME.
Please be aware that some retailers have not yet updated their equipment to accept "CHIP Cards"; however, your new card will work by swiping the card in their machines as you have done in the past.
