The 2017 Center Bank Brat Feed was a success!  Even though the temperature was extremely warm, people enjoyed their grilled brats and Fieldgate cheese while  being entertained by the Kingery Family.

Thanks to the Peanut Butter and Milk Committee, the Litchfield Rescue Squad and the Meeker County Dairy Princesses and Ambassadors for their help during the Brat feed.

Center National Bank in Litchfield and Plymouth has announced the promotion of 6 of its top staff members. Karen Zimmer, a 21 year employee has been promoted from Vice President to Sr. Vice President. Ms. Zimmer is the Chief Risk Officer and BSA Officer of the bank.   Mark Brauch, an 8 year employee, has been promoted from Vice President to Sr. Vice President.  Mr. Brauch is the CFO of the bank and the Compliance Officer.  Prior to joining Center National Bank, Mr. Brauch worked for Sparboe Farms in Litchfield MN. for 14 years.

Loree Schultz, a 38 year employee has been promoted to Vice President. Ms. Schultz leads the real estate and IRA/HSA departments. She also does consumer lending and coordinates the bank’s marketing.   Deanna Lease, a 27 year employee has been promoted to Vice President of Mortgage and Consumer Lending.  Ms. Lease is a veteran mortgage banker who also leads our Consumer Lending staff and works with IT.   Dawn Jansen, a 23 year employee has been promoted to Vice President of Agriculture and Commercial Lending.  Ms. Jansen leads the Agricultural Lending area of the bank.   Thomas Zens, a 3 year employee has been promoted to Vice President of Commercial and Agriculture Lending.  Mr. Zens came to us from Heritage Bank in Willmar and has spent 10 years with Wells Fargo.

The recommendation for these promotions came to the Board of Directors from President/CEO Allen Liestman. Liestman said he is proud of his seasoned staff, most of whom have worked for Center National Bank for many years, and they have earned these promotions by going above and beyond their normal job requirements.  “We understand our customers deserve better service than they could receive elsewhere and it is our job to make sure they receive just that.”  Board Chairperson and bank owner Beth Schnell added, “our staff is what differentiates Center National Bank from our competition, we are unanimous in our decision to recognize the strength and tenure of our valued employee base.”
